2141 Company Commanders Club
Our nonprofit is committed to leveraging the unique skills of Israel's Combat Company Commanders, who are rigorously selected and trained by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF). These individuals possess outstanding leadership and management skills, developed under the challenging conditions of military service. Our goal is to assist them in transitioning to civilian life, positioning them in strategic roles within key sectors to continue their contribution to Israel's economic, social, and democratic development.
Our organization serves former Company Commanders from every corner of Israel, welcoming members from diverse geographic regions. We are dedicated to supporting individuals who come from a variety of socio-economic backgrounds, ensuring that our services reach those who have served in varying capacities.
Our membership is a reflection of the rich diversity of Israeli society. We include men and women from a broad spectrum of ethnic and religious communities - Jewish, Druze, Muslim, and others - celebrating the unique experiences and backgrounds they bring to our organization. We cater to Company Commanders of all ages, from those who have recently completed their service to seasoned veterans from historical conflicts like the Yom Kippur War. This diverse age range allows for a wealth of knowledge and experiences to be shared and honored within our community. Our activities play a crucial role in strengthening the foundation of a just society in Israel, preparing it for future challenges.
